SPIT CHEWY is the one of the best bands to come out of Wollongong this year. The band have jumped straight into the live scene by sharing stages with British India, Maddy Jane & Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. On top of this, the band is gearing up for their first tour with festival appearances to follow.
Having already received accolades from Triple J presenters Declan Byrne, Dave Ruby Howe and Claire Mooney, 2018 is well and truly being ruled by this Wollongong band. Be prepared to see their faces on big stages around the country soon enough.
We are excited to premiere the visual accompaniment to SPIT CHEWY's debut single, Grunge Is My Religion. Featuring scenes of Wollongong suburbia the video is a fun insight into the group's hometown.
